Drop Off at Amp Cellular Office
Visit us in person to drop off your phone, SIM card, modem, or other equipment. It's fast, convenient, and free. Our office is located at Mercaz Shatner 3 in Givat Shaul and is open 9am-9pm Sunday-Thursday.

Amp Cellular Prepaid Envelope
Carefully secure your equipment in the prepaid envelope supplied with your rental, and drop the envelope at any Israel Post Office or drop box. The postage is already prepaid and a $5.00 service fee will be applied to your bill.
Registered Mail with the Israel Post Office
Send your equipment back with דואר ישראל, the Israel Post Office. You can use the envelope supplied with your rental or you can use your own.
At the post office window, ask for shipping via registered mail, דואר רשום, for added security and tracking information. You will pay the charge at the post office window, approximately 10 NIS, and no further fee will be added to your rental.

Drop Off at Ben Gurion Airport
Use the prepaid envelope supplied with your rental to drop your phone off at the airport as you're leaving Israel.
Using the map on the right, after checking in, walk past the check-in counters under the Departures sign and immediately turn left. The airport post office is in the shopping area after check-in, but BEFORE you go through security and passport control. Look for the red and white דואר ישראל sign. Ask for a receipt when you hand your package to the postal clerk. If you are departing after the Post Office has closed, you can use the drop box to deposit your equipment.

Return Options in the USA and UK
Drop Off at Amp Cellular Locations
It is best to return your equipment in Israel before you depart, however, if it more convenient for you, you may return your equipment in the US or UK too.
Visit us in person to drop off your equipment. Amp Cellular has drop off locations in New York, New Jersey, and London. . Please allow an additional 21 days for the equipment to reach us in Israel before receiving your deposit back.
You can drop off your Amp Cellular rental at 1208 Avenue M, Brooklyn, NY 11230 Monday-Thursday from 9:30am-6:30pm, Friday until 2:00pm.
Mail Your Equipment to an Amp Cellular Location
It is best to return your equipment in Israel before you depart, however, if it more convenient for you, you may return your equipment in the US too.
Please package and ship your equipment carefully to one of our Amp Cellular locations. Remember to obtain a tracking number and email, custserv@ampcellular.com, with the Amp Cellular location and tracking number, so we will know to expect it. Please allow an extra 21 days for the phone to reach us in Israel before receiving your deposit back.

- With respect to all return options, you remain responsible for your rental equipment and all service usage and charges until it is received by Amp Cellular.
- Please return the rental equipment immediately at end of your rental to avoid late fees.
- We strongly advise against leaving your equipment with someone to return it for you, i.e. hotel staff or airport representatives, to be sure your equipment is not misplaced.
- You will receive a full refund of your deposit as soon as your equipment has been returned and any outstanding bills have been paid.
